Another early song that didn't get learned until the Legend album, the opening riff came to me in a dream. Keyboardist Joe Dell heard my extended-harmony chords and brought out a jazzy, Doors-influenced style that added a whole dimension to my original composition.

Lyrically, this song is aimed at the prejudiced hypocrite - the sexist, racist, etc. person who criticizes others for what is actually their own failing. "The pot calling the kettle black," if you will. I tried to cover both sides of the sexist/racist issue so nobody would think I was supporting prejudices, but sadly those who feel that way will probably see what they want . .
